Privacy Notice
What we collect
When you submit the consultant application form, we collect your name, email, country of residence, markets and areas of expertise, professional background, languages, availability, and your short statement. When you submit the contact form, we collect your name, organization, email, area of interest, and message. When you subscribe to research updates, we collect your email address.
How it is stored and used
Submissions are stored in a secure, access-controlled database operated for Megala Consulting. Application data is used solely to evaluate and onboard consultants; contact data is used solely to respond to inquiries; subscription emails are used solely to deliver Megala research. We do not sell, rent, or share personal data with third parties for their own purposes.
Retention
Applications from consultants who join the network are retained for the duration of the engagement. Unsuccessful applications are retained for up to 24 months — today’s reject may be tomorrow’s source — then deleted. Contact messages are retained for up to 24 months. Subscription emails are retained until you unsubscribe.
Your rights
You may request a copy, correction, or deletion of your personal data at any time by writing to info@megalaconsulting.com. Deletion requests are actioned within 30 days. Consultant identities are never published without written consent.
Analytics
This site does not use advertising trackers. If privacy-friendly, aggregate analytics are enabled, no personal identifiers are collected and no consent banner is required; where consent is required, it will be requested before any analytics load.
